Charlie Winn is experienced in building and leading explosive sales organizations. He works directly with clients on execution of strategic plans ensuring projects are implemented efficiently and effectively. Before co-founding Paradigm 5, he developed and led multiple sales and operations teams across several different industries.
Charlie was formally trained in the sales and leadership program of the Southwestern Company in Nashville, TN. During his four years with the most established direct selling company in the country, he was consistently a top sales organization leader. In total during the first seven years of his career as a sales professional, Charlie has personally made over 50,000 direct sales calls and managed over 100 salespeople.
Charlie received his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and now resides in Raleigh, NC.
