Kevin Johnson is a proven leader and experienced sales director with a unique skillset specializing in recruiting talented executives and scaling businesses quickly. At Paradigm 5, Kevin provides strategic oversight and helps design sales integration initiatives with clients.
Kevin is a native of Fayetteville, NC and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor’s of Science in Management and Society. During his time at UNC, Kevin built a direct sales business with revenue exceeding over one million dollars through the Southwestern Company in Nashville, TN. After graduation, he grew that business to over six million dollars in the next four years while serving as a sales leader responsible for recruiting, training and leading hundreds of salespeople and managers each year.
In 2001, Kevin helped launch a sales acceleration firm, Unfair Advantage, where he successfully sold and implemented consulting engagements in eight different verticals ranging from computer software and medical devices to professional sports.
Most recently, along with two partners, he founded Power of Clean Energy and quickly grew the company into an international joint venture currently pursuing opportunities for clean energy projects in several countries.
